What Does This Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

My pelvic exam says I have a bulky empty uterus (AP diameter 67mm) with multiple ( 3),submucous (1), intramural ( 2) solid hypoechoeic masses the largest measuring 32x30 located anterofundally indicative of uterine fibroid. Pls Dr, do you think I will have difficulties during conception?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear;
I understand ur concern.
See this report is suggestive of multiple fibroid in ur uterus though they are multiple but none of them is very much large.
Usually fibroid do not interfere with pregnancy until its very large or submucosal variety.
But there is a term as red degeneration of fibroid which occur in pregnancy and that can lead to fetal demise.
So in my opinion as of now ur reports seems okay but if the size of fibroid increass than u may have to go for a surgery.
Surgery for fibroid is simple and its called myomectomy.
Hope I answered ur queries.
Thanks
