Hi welcome to the health care magic

Placenta Calcification can be seen in diabetes and maternal vascular disease secondary to pregnancy induced hypertension...

Prominent syncitial knot in greater than 30% villi suggestive of PIH induced vascular insufficiency...

Your clinical correlation is necessary...

If your blood pressure High of if positive for diabetes than in next pregnancy clinical watch up is necessary with more antenatal visit....

Kindly provide your pregnancy history and status of neonates to give more comment

Take care

Discuss with your gynecologist for this with keeping my answer in mind
