What Does This Medical Report Of Heart Signify?

Had total occlusion of LAD and a stent was placed. My medical records state I have no left main but a separate Ostia for the LAD and left circumflex. Also a small PDA in the RCA and the proximal portion has a 50-79% stenosis. Should I be concerned?

Hello,

Coronary artery anomalies occur in 1–2% of patients, with separate, Ostia for the left anterior descending (LAD) and left circumflex(LCX) arteries being the most common (0.41%).

In ~85% of individuals, Posterior descending artery (PDA) arises from RCA(defined right dominant).

50-79% stenosis of PDA is not much of concern as LAD has undergone stenting and will supply the related areas through collaterals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
