What Does This Lipid Profile Test Report Indicate?

I started a very low simple carbohydrate diet and my lipid parameters moved from Total cholesterol 222 to 199, Triglycerides 107 to 43, LDL from 141 to 94 and HDL from 61 to 97 from 2014 to today. How does that impact my risk of coronary artery disease moving forward?
