Sir what is the condition if a patient having such problems direct smear. occasional pus seen gram stain .occasional gram negative bacilli seen no of bacteria 30000 colonics/ml probably significant bacteriuria isolation. Scanty growth of e.coli
most likely it is a contaminated sample . however it's difficult to say as you don't mention about clinical symptoms and how was sample collected. Despite that these results showing occasional gram positive and gram negative bacilli then it's more likely a contaminated report Moreover if bacteria are more than 100000/ml that is significant bactiuria. so It's a contaminated urine sample for better result you need a mid stream sample.
