1. C6-7 broad posterior disc-osteophyte complex, Modic 1 endplate edema, diffuse annular tear, Luschka joint arthropathy. Moderate biforaminal stenosis with disc-osteophyte abutment of both exiting C7 nerve roots in the root foramina. Findings may contribute to left upper extremity symptoms. Modic 1 endplate edema exists in a pattern suggesting chronic reactive marrow edema. 2. Moderate-severe right with mild left foraminal stenoses. Disc-osteophyte effacement to the exiting right with abutment of the exiting left C6 nerve roots in the root foramina. Given degree of disc fluid, acute on chronic component may be present. 3. Interspinous ligament signal abnormalities at C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7. Findings favor low-grade ligament sprain or low-grade ligament injury and/or scarring. Given bi/tricolumnar pathology at C5-6 and C6-7, correlate for any segmental microinstability/ ligament laxity clinically.

Hello,

According to the MRI results, you need a neurologist and probably rheumatologist to discuss together for these findings and to further decide about the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
