What Does This Lab Report Indicate?
Liver is enlarged measure 20.2cm in carino-caudal axis with diffuse mild fatty parenchymal echoes.Hepatomegaly with difuse mild fatty changes.And neuro surgun sugt to take a Tablet URSOCOL-300MG twice in a day for two months. Is that good suggestion for this problem???

I should have the full ultrasound report to get a more detailed analysis. However, it was found a fatty liver that has caused the liver to get enlarged.
Ursocol is used to dissolve the gallstones. I think gallstones have been also noted, as they are usually present when fatty liver.
Diet changes are very important together with avoiding alcohol.
