What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

1. Contusion about the proximal tibiofibular articulation with configuration of marrow edema adjacent to the subchondral bone plate within the tibia compatible with a trabecular microfracture. 2. Full-thickness tear through the anterosuperior tibiofibular ligament. The other structures of the posterolateral corner appear intact. 3. No meniscus tear. No cruciate tear

This is not the laboratory report but it seems to be imaging study and it is indicative of bone injuries may not be major, it indicates the muscular injuries which could be matter of concern, over all the given reports need to be correlate with clinical conditions, hope this is information helps.
