What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

I am diagnosed with Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas with the tumor at the size of 11.5 x 9.5 x 8.0 cm. Had the tumor removed successfully via distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy. Pathology report indicates Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm extends focally to the outer (serosal) surface of the tissue. Focal lymphovascular invasion is seen. what does this mean? do I need to be worried and go for chemotherapy?
