What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

On April 1st, 2015, an ER doctor filed this report At the lateral limb of the left adrenal gland there is a 13 x 11 mm indeterminate nodule. Statistically this is most consistent with a benign adenoma. The doctor also told me that this nodule was burning up the potassium my body was producing. I constantly end up in the hospital ER and they always seem to find that I have low potassium and they have to put an IV in and pump me up with potassium. On the day of this report, my potassium was 2.0, ten bags of potassium later it had only gone up to 2.9. I just had a blood and urine test on 9/12/15 and my potassium level was only 3 could this be because of the Nodule?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, without the complete history and investigative reports as long as the lesion is concern nothing can be said for sure, now for the low potassium level (Hypokalemia ) there should be some typical symptoms must be there and in absence these symptoms it is nothing to worry, even it shows some low potassium, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
