What Does This Follicular Study Test Result During Conception Indicate?

Hi I am 28 years,5.2 abd 64kg .I have PCOD and for the past 5 months I was trying to concieve. I have taken FineOva 40(ovulation tablet) for the 5 days during my periods.went trough follicle study on 10th day it was 16mm and on day 12 it was 20mm. I was given HCG shot - 100000 on 12th day and on 15th day again went for scan and it was found that the follicle is 20mm but didn t rupture doctor said it might not repture may be will go unruptured. But still asked to come again on day 17.I am really upset since I am trying to conceive.Is there any possibility this time.Now I am taking duphaston (2 times),folic acid and metformin (two times)
