Hello and welcome to HCM,
In a normal ovarian cycle, there is development of dominant follicle which grows to its largest size on day 14 (day of ovulation).
The day of ovulation can vary from woman to woman depending on the length of the menstrual cycle.
In your scan there is presence of a dominant follicle which measures 13.7x11 mm.
The dominant follicle will eventually rupture to release ovum.
You can follow the follicle till it ruptures to release mature ovum.

Thanks and take care
