What Does This Follicle Test For Pregnancy Indicate?

hello sir..iam nasima..married past 2 years..eagerly waiting to conceive..doctor advised to come on follicle test on 11 th day and 13th day..gone through scanning.but they report like no dominant follicle found on my 13th day...plzzz suggests me how to increase follicle size!

Hi Nasima,
Thank you for writing to HCM.
It appears from the follicular scan that there are no mature follicles found on 13th day, which should have been normally. That would predict ovulation would take place and it is easy for you to time it.
Well, maturation of follicle can be done by medications like Clomifen citrate.
But it has to de done under medical supervision. Hence, kindly contact Gynecologist and have a proper work-up towards this.
