Hello and welcome to HCM,
The chromosomal study shows an abnormality in chromosome number 9.
The 9th chromosome shows inversion or abnormal orientation of the chromatids of chromosome 9.
However, this abnormality is present in somatic chromosome or autosome.
Only the sex chromosomes are transmitted from parents to children and not the autosomes so this abnormality is unlikely to affect the children.

Thanks and take care
