What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

What does my chest X-ray mean, it says a laceration of right heart border ? It actually was a report from when I had pneumonia a few years ago and I m just reading it now. Opacification right infrahilar heart border and slight laceration of right heart border. Does this mean there is a slight rip in my heart?
