What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

my pa view report- lower zones show bronchovascular prominences both hilas are congested cardiac shadow within normal limits both costo phenic angels are clear bony thoracic cage is unremarakble is there any cause of panic, i am non smoker non alcholic.. kindly reply

Hello,
No cause to panic. These findings may occur with bronchitis or in some patients with asthma. This is something that should be followed up with another chest xray in a few months to make sure that it is resolved. If not then you may want to see a lung specialist to get their opinion.
