What Does This Brain MRI For Vertigo, headache And Fatigue Indicate?

I have had vertigo, nausea, ear ringing, headache and fatigue for two months without relief. an MRI was inconclusive except for some white spots that could not be explained. I would just like to not be in this constant state of movement with associated symptoms...I just seem to be deteriorating... thank you
