What Does This Brain MRI For Headaches Indicate?

I have a headache for 2 months now, it goes across my forehead. They recently found through MRI that a have a fibrous osteoma. Is the what s causing my headaches? The headaches are more pronounce on the left frontal where my osteoma is located. I seeing a Neuro surgeon next week. What do you think he will rvommend?

I really appreciate your concern, here the headache may not be due to lesion Fibrous osteoma because if this was so then it should have given other manifestation too, headache could be due to some other reason but it can be subsided with "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg" or else wait for the neurologist opinion hope this information helps.
