What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

I have a question about my husbands recent labs? Hematocrit - 40.0 L (41.0-51.0) Hemoglobin - 13.3 L (14.0-18.0) Immature Granulocytes - 0.06 H (0.00- 0.04) MPV- 10.7 H (7.4-10.4) RBC - 4.33 L (4.50-5.90)

this results may be linked both to a reduced production (transitory or permanent dysfunction of your husband's bone marrow, for example following viral infections, carential states,ecc) or to a consumption of blood cells. I suggest to do further blood tests (reticolocytes, direct/indirect coombs test, mcv, mch, mchc,blood smear, iron, b12 and folic acid levels, LDH, AST, indirect bilirubin, aptoglobin dosage) to better understand the underlying cause
