General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the narrated changes in wide level parameters of blood indices do suggest underlying significant pathology as primary lung malignancy with systemic features or else. MRI thorax, biopsy if any taken from pulmonary nodules are secondary vital information needed and missing here to co relate more precisely.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
