What Does This Blood Test Result In A Diabetic Patient Indicate?

I just had a blood test that showed an elevated c3 competent level of 209, my send rate was elevated at 81, and an ultrasound showed I have an enlarged liver - but no spots detected. A hepatitis test came back negative. I also have diabetes with levels at about 7.0. What could thus be?

Suggestive of uncontrolled diabetes. Based on the given lab tests result you seem to have uncontrolled diabetes due to some underlying inflammatory condition which needs to be ruled out by your doctor.
