hi doctor ,, i am 26 years old female , with current history of fatigue and wt gain and mixed heat intolerance , my blood test show tsh:0.01 low ,,, t3 t4 = both normal antimicrosomal ab is positive ? does this ab confirm that i have hashimoto thyroiditis ??

Yes, it does. Though the T3, T4 levels are normal but TSH is severely low and shows antimicrobial antibodies too. Please visit an endocrinologist for further management.
