What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

I just received my lab results in the mail. I was told I was anemic, which the labs indicate. However, my creatine kinaseis 161 High, creatinine 0.5 low, sgot 41 high, a/g ratio 1.0 low, chloride 95 low, carbon dioxide 33 high, wbc 9.4 low, hct 31.7 low, lymph 49.5 high, mch 21.8 low, mchc 29.7 low, mcv 73.5 low, rdw 19.8 high. I have never had lab results with this many highs and lows. I am 59 year old female with diabetes, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis (DDD, DJD), metobolic syndrome, also my tsh was high for the first time in years. what do I make of these lab results? Should I be as worried as I feel right now? Help soothe my nerves if you can. Thank you

Hello,

According to the history of diabetes you should not be worried so much. In order for these labs to be complemented with the others, it is your doctor who should explain your actual state because he or she knows better about your clinical picture.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
