What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Hi,

My cousin's age is 23. She is 8 months pregnant. She is having light stomach pain and vomitting. Doctor prescribed blood checkup. Blood report says high numbers of SGPT & SGOT as below.

SGPT: 391
SGOT: 309
BILIRUBIN: 1.49
SERUM ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE: 524
SERUM PROTEIN: 7.81

We have consulted physicians. Could you please help to clarify below if possible?

1. Does above numbers go till that level during pregnancy or it's a completely separate problem no link of pregnancy?
2. Can this be treated during pregnancy?
3. We have got scared, please assist if it's curable?

Thanks
Zaid
