General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The blood report is indicative of low mean corpuscular volume of 76 which suggest microcytic anemia most likely.

* There can be possibility of low hemoglobin via iron deficiency, associated vasculitis, auto immune mediated red cell destruction causing anemia of chronic illness.

However, if you can provide me whole report as scanned copy in follow up session, I can guide further precisely int this instance at my best possible clinical judgment and guide accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
