What Does This Bladder Ultra Sound Scan Result Indicate?
hi doc i m 30 yrs old and i had an ultrasound done on my bladder because i was going to the bathroom to much so the result and this what it said prevoid bladder volume is 270 ml there is 33 ml post-void. the bladder was is 2.7 mm no focal lesion or shadowing calculus the endometrium is prominent at 15 mm LMP 6 mnths ago impression : prominence of the endometrium at 15 mm which could be due to the period but the pts. lmp was 6 months and therefore an endometrial occult neoplasm is not excluded suggest gyn evaluation to exclude endometrial carcinoma or polyp with further follow-up studies please help me understand doctor

If this is the increase frequency of urine then chances of infection need to be ruled out this is first priority need to be considered and for that better to get done the urine culture sensitivity test, some time this could be due to increase the sugar level in urine and this is also need to be found out, hope this information helps, take care.
