Welcome to health care magic.

1.The MRI report suggest an cystic structure in the right maxillary Antrum which needs to be operated if causing any discomfort, symptoms other wise monitored.
2.The treatment of choice in this case could be an FESS - functional endoscopic sinus surgery, which will help in excision / incision and drainage of the cyst.
3.There is fluid signals in the mastoid cells, which is seen in the inflammatory changes.
4.The treatment is a course of antibiotic treatment will help.
5.Complications in retention cyst could be recurrence. Suggest to get evaluated and confirmed the diagnosis. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
