Hi,

Thanks for your question.

I can understand your concern after going through your question.

Here with trying to explain result of TMT (TreadMill Test)

- Good effort tolerance acheived 10.1 METS on Bruce Protocol:
- METs is a metabolic equivalent 1 MET is equal to oxygen consumption
by body at resting state.
- 10.1 METs means your body is exerted to level where body has utilized
oxygen more than 10 times as compared to rest.
- And your heart has worked sufficient to meet this high level oxygen
demand of body.

- Normal HR and Systolic Hypertensive BP response.
- When body exert heart rate and blood pressure (both are indirect
markers of heart work) increases it is a normal response of body.

- NO Angina / ARRHYTHMIAS
- Angina means symptoms produced when blood supply to heart is
insufficient to meet its metabolic demand.
- ARRHYTHMIAS: Electrical disturbances produced on ECG in response
to insufficient blood supply to heart.
- Both are the markers of decreased blood supply to heart. Which are
absent in your case.

- 0.5 MM ST Dep. in L1, L2 and V4-V6 Leads: It is one of sign of
insufficient blood supply to heart thats why TMT is reported as Borderline
positive for Residual Myocardial ISCHEMIA.

Over all there is good result but there is some changes of insufficient blood supply to heart that need to be evaluated further depending upon your symptoms, clinical examination and your past medical history.
That decision will be taken by your cardiologist.

Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
