when you have Disc Bulging at L4-5 and L5-S-1 Disc Bulging at L4-5 causing mild RT foraminal Encroachment does this mean that you need Surgery to correct this problem. am experiencing numbness, tingling, and pain in both of my legs and also pain in my back to as well that is in the lower area of my back

HI

The MRI report, in my mind, doesn't indicate you have a surgical problem but to be sure about that you need an MRI myleogram and nerve conduction studies of your legs
