Hello and welcome to HCM, The MRI of brain has shown certain non-specific which have to be correlated with clinical findings. These findings can be seen in various disorders like blood vessel disorder- vasculitis or small vessel disease. Vasculitis is inflammation of walls of blood vessels. Another possibility that is put forth is demyelinating process- it is a process wherein the myelin sheath of nerves is lost. This process may be age related or may be part of some auto-immune or idiopathic process. I suggest you to consult your treating doctor for clinical correlation and further management.
