What Does This MRI Report Specify?

My MRI says I have a L5-S1 pars interarticularis defects with 9 mm anterolisthesis of L5 on S1 and results in severe bilateral neuroforanimal stenosis and reactive bone marrow edema. I have healthcare with the VA. Answers are hard to come by. Would this diagnosis qualify for corrective surgery in your opinion. Pain is s excruciating.

Yes, in my opinion you need a laminectomy and fusion for the problem and I would have you see a neurosurgeon for this
