What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

I fell approximately 9 months ago, been complaining about pain between my shoulders (thoracic area) and recently had an MRI which showed disc bulging as follows: C5-6 & an annular disc bulge at T9-10. This indents the thecal sac anteriorly. Not sure what all of this means, however, I am in constant pain from this injury. My question is.....can the annular disc bulge at T9-10 which indents the thecal sac anteriorly be dangerous to the point it may cause paralysis? And what treatment should I seek. I have already been through physical therapy which didn t seem to help. Also, I have tried nsaids which caused my blood pressure to raise that caused me to have problems with heart palpatations. Please advise.
