What is the meaning of these , in the results in my head MRI the impressions they said that I have asymmetrical smaller right apical bone formation with modular contour. Also they said clinical work up for medial temporal sclerosis at that area is advices

As per my clinical experience, the symptoms and complains of patient are vital to co relate with any presented report of medical faculty. In absence of needed information, I can quote that the bony lesion of asymmetrical size involving right apical bone with modular contour indicates benign nature of growth as osteoma most likely. Please do provide me plates of the MRI for detailed analysis and guidelines ahead.
