What Does This MRI Report Mean?

I recently had an MRI and then do the conclusion that says multilevel disc dehydration in the lumbar spine number one number two facet degeneration L5 – S one posterior disc margins are unremarkable and there is no evidence for lateral stenosis what does all that mean
