Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

These MRI finding indicate the sequels of herpes encephalitis. The infection does not seem to be active. Nevertheless, I recommend performing an EEG in order to examine better the brain function.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
