What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

T2 hyperintensity is seen in left masoid air cells, part of MRI report t2 hyperintensities are noted in left frontal subxortical white matter region on FLAIR....also in same MRI should I be concerned?, and does that possibly explain why I feel dizzy at times?
