What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I recently had an MRI of my cervical spine and would like to know if you can tell me how serious or what the report means, it states : A trace retrolisthesis of C5 on C6. Moderate disc degenerative changes at C5-C6 and Moderate to severe disc degenerative changes at C6-C7. Edematous Modic type 1 endplate degenerative changes along the inferior endplate of C6 and the superior endplate of C7. Also profliferative bone formation at C5-C6 and C6-C7. Atlantoaxial degenerative changes. C3-C4 has flattening of the posterior disc margin. C4-C5 has flattening of posterior disc margin. Mild to moderate left foraminal narrowing secondary to facet naturopathy. C5-C6 circumferential disc osteophyte complex. Bilateral facet and unconvertebral osteophytes. Mild spinal canal narrowing. Severe bilateral foraminal narrowing. C6-C7 severe left foraminal narrowing moderate to severe right foraminal narrowing. Mild to moderate spinal canal narrowing.

hello,
the cervical MRI report states that in the C5-C6 level of you cervical column there is a backward movement of the vertebra, osteophytes and disc degeneration. together with this there is spinal canal narrowing. this is the most prominent problem you have to deak with.
