General & Family Physician 's  Response
I have gone through your MRI report and the features described in the report are not consistent with headaches....furthermore, they do not require surgical intervention.
Usually there are two areas of concern for any kind of spinal stenosis. The first area is the central spinal canal and the second are the neural foraminae so judging by your MRI report, although broad based disc protrusions are present but there is no significant central spinal canal stenosis.
In short, the report does not indicate any serious abnormality. But the main thing is to consider the overall clinical picture. If you are having any symptoms of nerve compression, like altered sensation i any limb, or weakness of any limb then I would suggest you consult your local neurophysician for clinical evaluation and further treatment accordingly.

I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
