My mri report had that there is minimal white matter signal abnormality, likely relating to microangiopathy. The is less than usual for patient age. Mild generalized atrophy. there is mild nonspecific fluid opacification of right mastoid air cells. Small mucous retention cysts within the maxillary antra. The vacular flow voids are grossly patent on the axial T2 sequence. Can you explain this is laymans terms? Thanks Bill
