What Does This MRI Of Lungs For Chest Pain Indicate?

Hi sir.I am 23 year old and having chest muscle pain centre and right side before 3 month doctors says its a pulled muscle . I have forcefully done ultra sound, chest x-ray, endoscopy,m.r.i all normal but m.r.i. Report shows some patchy consolidation in left lung what s that.? And what should I do.?

I really appreciate your concern, nonspecific muscular pain is very likely, and it may not be due to any disease, the patchy consolidation may not be due to any disease if does not have any related symptoms, no need to worry about this hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
