What Does This LFT Report Indicate?

Hi I did my medical checkup and found that I have fatty liver. My last medical examination was two years ago and as I compared the readings, this year s readings has tripled:- AST/SGOT - 62 compared to 2014 of 16 ALT/SGPT - 149 compared to 2014 of 27 Gamma-GT - 65 compared to 2014 of 30. I have been extremely careful with my diet this year, loads of salads and fruits. Can you please advise? Thank you

improvment be there take protein diet..avoid drinking..its not so big problem...
morning walk add in your schedule
