What Does This EKG Report Specify?

I just got ekg results that state it is abnormal . Component results state Muse, however just shows my value, which is sinus rhythm w/ fusion complexes, prolonged Qt, abnormal Ekg. Fusion complexes now present. T wave amptitude has decreased in Anterior leads . Please help me to understand this Email is YYYY@YYYY

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your EKG result that showed prolonged QT reduced Twave amplitude with sinus rhythm with fusion complex I am suggesting strongly that you have developed an Atrioventricular heart block

In view of this please see do an ECG as well and see a cardiologist specialist with the result for further clinical assessment as well as adequate drug prescription
