What Does This ECHO Report Mean?

I had an echo complete due to Herceptin treatment. My results came back as normal LV mass with abnormal diastolic function. Normal LVEF without regional wall motion abnormalities. No significant valvular pathology noted. What exactly does that mean? My oncologist said my echo was fine but this is not what it had said in the past. Now I am concerned and I can t get her to call me back.
