What Does This ECG Report Signify?

I had ecg: unreal-arterial conduction delay. Marked right precordial repolarization disturbance consider feminine pattern and/or ischemia. Large negative tea in V to V3. Long QT interval consider hypocalcemia or quinine like drug. What does this mean

I really appreciate your concern, for the ECG interpretation all the 12 lead need to be studied along with the clinical condition then and then it can be interpreted else the give brief finding may not be due to any disease hope this information helps.
