What Does This ECG Report Mean?

My age is 28 sex is Male; Weight 89kg; am feeling little pain while breathing in left chest . Here i listed the ECG report: HR : 60 bpm P Dur : 115 ms PR Int : 148 ms QRS Dur : 79 ms QT/QTC int : 367/367 ms P/QRS/T axis : 45/38/19 * RV5/SV1 amp : 2.269/0.373 mV RV5+SV1 amp : 2.642 mV RV6/SV2 amp : 1.816/0.657 mV

IT WOULD BE BEST IF YOU COULD SHOW THE ecg to some nearby doctors, the parameters other than the ecg seem to be fine. you need to check your blood pressure and if possible attach a snap of the ecg report for better suggestion. as far as your pain in left chest is concerned, it can be sometimes due to heart burn(acidity) or may be due to some history of trauma in the past. take an antacid like rantac or famtac and see. Do you have any breathing difficulty.? if yes, please go to the nearby hospital.
