What Does This ECG Report Mean?

I have had a ecg and it says I have slight left precordial repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia. is this serious, because the doctor tested my blood and told me I don t have a heart problem. that it is anxiety that s causing my chest to be sore and have pain.

Some times gastritis or oesophageal problem or inflammation of covering of heart or lung can also come as chest pain.
