Hi I recently had an ecg don. Whad does incomplete RBBB borderline ECG unconfirmed analysis mean?. I have been feeling very dizzy lately with migraines and I have felt my heart skipping a beat sometimes even though the test showed no sign of skipping heartbeat.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

RBBB is right bundle branch block results when normal electrical activity in the His-Purkinje system is interrupted, therapy altering the normal sequence of activation, resulting in the characteristic electrocardiogram (ECG). This appears to increase with age, has been estimated between 0.2 to 0.8 percent of the general population.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General & Family Physician
