What Does This CT Stonogram Test Result Indicate?
Igot the result of my ct stonogram. there are hyperdensities in the right and left kidney with the largest measuring 0.2×0.2×0.2 cm (+HU 320) seen in the inferior pole.like wise seen in the mid pole of the left kidney..there is no evidence of hydronephrosis or mass noted in both kidneys. the urinary bladder is adequately distended. phleboliths are seen within the pelvic cavity. selerotic focus is seen in the left pelvic bone may represent bone island. impression:nonobstructing subcentimeter nephrolithiases, bilateral. can you explain doctor what does the result means.thank you

it is renal stone can be removed by ultrascopic surgery or lithotripsy.it is giving symptoms of obstruction should be removed early.
