What Does This CT Scan Result For Kidney Indicate?
I got ct scan result which says The right kidney measures 9.8x4.2 cm while the left kidney measures 10.1x4.6cm. There is calcific density noted in the left lower third calyx measuring 0.3x0.3 cm with densitometry of 336 HU. There is fullness of the right pelvocalyces and ureter secondary to an obstructing lithiasis measuring 0.3x0.3 cm in the right ureterovesical junction What does this mean? Is my kidney size still normal?

Your kidney is normal in size. But small size stone is noticed in kidney.
I would suggest you to visit your physician and start the treatment for removal of stone.
