General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It shows micro occlusions of the main brain artery but fortunately, there are collasterals to continue blood supply to the brain.

Middle cerebral artery (MCA) stroke describes the sudden onset of focal neurologic deficit resulting from brain infarction or ischemia in the territory supplied by the MCA.

The MCA is by far the largest cerebral artery and is the vessel most commonly affected by the cerebrovascular accident. Please contact your neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
